05Who’s behind Quattro

Kris Carpenter

Kris has specialised in the purchase, refurbishment and development of rental properties throughout Yorkshire, building extensive portfolios for high-wealth individuals.

Starting with a two-bed back-to-back in Beeston in 2006, he went on to build and run a large Leeds lettings and management business before forming Quattro to deliver high-end residential schemes.
